My investments are up 40% YTD. I’m feeling pretty ok with that. Looks like ‘23 is going to be a good year for me.
40%?? whatre you investing in - gambling? mine are atleast going in the right direction again

ordered another new o2 sensor, and another front axle actuator - the used one i put in there is leaking internally thru it (not thru the threads) messed with the tune some more kinda just trial and error i've got it where im pretty happy with it it idles in park/gear with ac on/off minimal hunting for rpm still does it a little. i'll try closed loop when the new o2 gets here but not holding my breath.
got the axle disconnect kinda wired up so i can use it if i needed it. need to just ring out the switch in the transfercase and wire a loop so that it would work automatically when i put it in 4hi/lo

I checked again- I’m almost 45% up. Most of mines in Amazon stock, a little in Apple and a tiny bit in Rivian. Amazon and Apple are both up 45% YTD. Good thing I felt a bit of trepidation when Rivian went public. I only invested a grand, just so I could say I got in on it…it’s down about 85% since. Last year sucked for all of them. I’m doing pretty good now though, and Apple and Amazon are forecast to keep gaining this whole year. :happy107:

looks like a toy for some reason.

yukon dun pretty gud today, morning was nice out, rain moved in about lunch time

1st leg today about 55 miles on highway to office early this am. 70-90mph the whole way rides pretty nice, no vibration
2nd leg, office to site prob 80ish miles about 25miles of levee, the rest cracked broken up, garbage, back roads. it wanders a little wants to follow any grooves, doesnt soak up the little broken asphalt as well as the subaru... larger dips and bumps it does fine on, no chance of bottoming out
3rd leg, site to back home prob another 80+ miles, took back roads mostly, slightly better than the middle of nowhere back roads 70ish most of the way.

im almost afraid to swap out the stock axle as nice as its riding.
havent climbed under to see if any leaks after today (the front axle actuator i know is leaking and have a new ones on the way)
when i got home there was couple slings of grease down the passenger side, assumed i killed the cv axle or something but inside the fender and wheel is still clean? not sure if tire picked it up and threw it...backroads get traveled by tractors/cane/ mowers etc.

i may grab a better alternator. i ran this thing pretty good today 200+ miles, noticed after a while the voltage sag a little, ac (and fans) on all day, intercooler pump on all day(and want to use a better one).

the idle, in gear waiting at a light is pretty good i will try touching it up just a hair but overall like 7/10 its stable but would like it to be just a hair smoother. when in park it still wants to hunt some like 4/10 it will idle for a few minutes ok but the longer it goes, the more it feels like theres a chance rpm will drop enough for it to stall out. prob going to check all the intake/intercooler bolts also just to make sure that isnt a problem - doubt it is, but ive been known to do some dumb stuff.

Looks good. Running good now?
ehh its running lol, see the follow up - still needs a little touch up idling parked (which if im on a site on laptop or something is pretty necessary) idle in gear waiting for stop light or something is pretty solid, cruising nicely.

this weekends to-dos:
check for leaks
new front axle actuator, should fix leak with existing one, delivered yesterday
new o2 sensor, dont think itll solve anything but it should be here in a day or two
rcv axle install- i ordered some new axle to flange bolts, i only ever had 12 cause 1500, need 16 with the 9.25 so i ordered a full set of 10.9 10mmx1.5 socket cap bolts.
wheel speed sensor been fine, not going to mess with it
wire up front actuator for automatic functioning
need to wash it

check for leaks - didnt notice any, but also didnt really check
new front axle actuator, should fix leak with existing one, delivered yesterday - done, didnt even bother testing cause the best time to do that is when i absolutely need it and will do when wired up to tcase
new o2 sensor, dont think itll solve anything but it should be here in a day or two - done, also didnt bother to take a look at fuel trims cause i dunno. would need to undo open loop idle n crap, was dodging rain just wanted to get it swapped. old o2 sensor im not sure what brand it was, looked a lot different than the denso i put in
rcv axle install- i ordered some new axle to flange bolts, i only ever had 12 cause 1500, need 16 with the 9.25 so i ordered a full set of 10.9 10mmx1.5 socket cap bolts. - done, and also installed matching flange bolts on that side. not as easy as just replacing them with these RCVs, they basically mount an adapter to the flange and then the cv axle to the adapter, to swap the flange bolts i have to remove inner axle mounting bolts too. took for test drive, it is a lot better than i remember, i still feel a little bit but they may also be because i was driving the smoothubaru all day and its in my head, either way like 75-80mph cruise it rides pretty well i will leave the rcv in there.
wheel speed sensor been fine, not going to mess with it - had to say something, causes on way back from axle test drive it popped up again, front right going to go ahead an order a new gm hub. now i notice it blinks the traction control light fairly often i figured it was just pissy cause mods and did it for the hell of it. well i think it still has some bit of traction control working cause with it all knocked out from the speed sensor trying to pull away from a light in rain/wet roads it just knocked the tires off without giving it hardly any gas. also still need to check wiring just to make sure it isnt pinched or burnt. come to think of it i didnt thought it or the sensor but swapping the axle i used the impact to tighten up the axle nut, maybe that jostled some grease loose and on the sensor/reluctor and cause the code to pop up again
wire up front actuator for automatic functioning - not done, need to grab some appropriate wire to make ~6' pigtail from the transfer case to the front actuator
need to wash it - it was raining
