Be warned! DC is on patrol in his 2014 ex K9 out of the Orlando PD. The Tampa area is now being patrolled by Moose and Pearl!
Stole this thing with a cylinder 8 misfire. Swapped out the cam and lifters with a regular 5.3 cam and a set of LS7 lifters. Followed up with a AFM delete from LT1swap.com for $50!
It’s running like a top! Plenty of power and just pulled 20mpg on a Fort Lauderdale trip. IMG_7437.jpeg

Welcome from Miami Beach&Queens NY&Walterbough South Carolina!

Nice Tahoe!

You need to go on patrol as left Miami Beach this morning and only saw one Leo so far to Walterbough South Carolina.

The Tahoe seems to be the go to vehicle for Broward County law enforcement. The F.H.P. seems to favor the Charger.

That mileage is sure believable in Florida. Only hills are the bridges over waterways. And sure nice to find a PPV that nice for good money - and be able to do the major engine work. The inland area would be ideal for a rust free machine.

Welcome to the forum.

I had an over 5k miles trip last year and was able to get between 17 mpg and 18 mpg a few times and I average close to 14 mpg where I live with a mixture of highway and in town driving. That is with a completely stock engine and I have the "traditional tune" from BBP.

But I do run my tires at 110 psi.
