It's actually the "middle" seating area. I have already removed my 3rd row seating...
but I need to haul some furniture a long distance to my daughter. The 2nd row seating
will "fold" up.. but that really doesn't buy a whole lot of extra room...
There is quite the contraption for the seat "hinges" that attaches to the floor...
Any suggestion ??

They bolt to the floor. If you have the 60/40 bench then you have to remove the 60 side first, because it sits on top of the brackets for the other side. It’s way easier to remove if you have a helper. The pieces are heavy and awkward.

I removed them on my '98 because I have no intention of putting them back in.

For a one time haul, wouldn't it be easier to rent a trailer?

There is like a big "box" mechanism with the motor that tilts them...
So IDK if it's even possible to remove all the stuff completely ...

The only trailer I have is my car hauler trailer that would use so much fuel...
Even a little trailer would suck as it's 750 miles round trip

The box mechanism is all on the bracket, you pull the second row carpet up, It's velcro'ed in front, might be good to work your fingers between the velcro as it's glued onto the 2nd row carpet. Can re-attach if it pulls off (gooey glue). Also a smaller nut or two that connects the two brackets. Should all be visible once you pull up the 2nd row carpet/matting. Electrical connectors each side also.
