Between that and the Tech2, you can diagnose, do and undo just about anything the factory did and then some. I feel I'm still on "Page 1" with HPT.
Oh ya I'm still on page one with hpt also. Figured out the standalone data logging and just been taking logs until I have time to sit down and go through the software. I was skeptical when I bought it but it's definitely worth the $400 especially that the pro features are now built into the mpvi3. Looking for a wideband now.

Yep, there's a lot of settings and many I have no idea what they do.
(I think some settings aren't complete or may not apply)

What I have done:
disable afm (of course, way better that way)
set cooling fans to come on a little sooner
set power enrichment delay to 0
turned off ETC and spark for the traction control.. haven't tested
disabled speed limiter?.. haven't tested
shift tables are great (6l80), holding in a gear a little longer and downshifting a little sooner definitely helps.
might change my alternator voltage..
probably not going to mess with shift speeds and tcc pressures..

Plan to dial in shift/tcc tables, but it's a definite improvement as is.

What else have you all done/are planning to do?

That's a good list, I'm gonna steal it, I was also thinking of bumping the entire charge table up a half a volt or so. You figure out how to do that cause I haven't yet.
