Hello All,

For the Corsa owners with a 6.2 and dual rear exhaust. I've had the Corsa for going on for about a month, love it. However, I don't like the way the tips align in the rear facia. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get them centered in the rear facia cutouts, e.g. I can't bend them inwards without changing the y-pipe alignment. Both exhaust tips sit further outwards. Currently, there's a gap of about 2" from the outer facia line. This is consistent on both sides.

Additionally, I cannot raise them any further with the stock hanger, this may be "by-design". I can, of course, change the horizontal alignment of the tip itself but the overall hang is as far up as the bracket will go. There's currently about 1 1/2" gap above the tip.

I was wondering if the other 6.2 Corsa owners out there with a 21+ Chevy or similar rear facia could snap a couple shots of there rear-ends. I wasn't able to get a consistent consensus with googling photos. I'm not sure if the y-pipe from Corsa was bent a bit off/wider then usual or if I'm just being to damn picky. I'd prefer them to be centered.

Thanks in advance

Here is mine.
Thank you. Looks very similar I guess. Hmm.
The 2 sets of photos look identical to me. Probably a poor CAD build-up for the design specs.
I'm beginning to think so... Upon closer look at the photo on the Corsa site (I should I looked closer but figured it was a tip fitment issue). It also looks pushed out, yet the rear tip alignments had me thrown off.

Update: I contacted Corsa/TMG via the warranty form. Took a bit to get a response but recently heard back. According to TMG, they’ve received other complaints from shops installing this model exhaust with the same issue. They’re going to send me a new Y-pipe and passenger tail pipe. Excellent customer service.

Installed the new Y-pipe and passenger tailpipe. It’s as close to perfect as it’s gonna get. Much better alignment. The passenger side pipe still pushing more outside than driver but I can live with it.

No longer has that droopy/poorly hung look and no longer almost touching the facia.

Very thankful that Corsa owned it and fixed the issue. Great company!
