I did, and when I fired it up, she blew sky high.
Not really, 10lbs didn't hurt anthing haha
Well, get another torque wrench that will work. I have 3 myself. HF has good deals on some pretty decent ones.

Those digital torque adapters seem to be a big hit lately. I got a 1/2" drive Quinn one for Christmas, they also have them in 3/8" and 1/4"

If I used my gut I'd definitely overtorque it. On the other hand, my gut doesn't have anything resembling an opposable thumb, so I'd just be shoving the wrench and praying anyway...

Just don’t get the torque wrench mixed up with the monkey wrench. Definitely don’t wanna monkey-wrench it.
