I sure like the look of the black Tahoe/Yukon, especially when they are clean.

I think Ceramic Coating is for lazy people who dont want to take car of their car and think its a miracle application. If you need paint correction then get it but it doesnt have to be ceramic coated afterwards. Like I said in a previous post, I use Meguiars ceramic coat $17.95 at Wal-Mart and mine pops for a 2002 model or use Meguiars gold class. I'm just not a believer in $1500-$2500 to have this done.

For the last few years I've been using "The Last Coat V2" ceramic spray about every 6 months & a full paint correction every 18 months. The last coat is easy to apply & leaves no residue. The CQUARTZ UK 2.0 ceramic coating ( $92 as of today but I paid $55 for a 50ml bottle) I recently applied was easier than any wax to apply & it cures to a super hard coating where that is a good or bad thing time will tell.

I had some of the CQUARTZ left even after coating my motorcycle so I coating the roof of my 2014 SS Sedan after a full paint correction then did the rest of the car with The Last Coat V2 spray. This will make for a great comparison of these products.

I use ceramic coating AND buy fresh microfiber towels every 4 months. Because once those microfiber towels get dirt grit embedded inside them over time, you might as well use sand paper on your vehicle. It's a $370 annual investment (towels & ceramic spray), but well worth it when it comes to paint correction and peace of mind.

Spent 10 hours doing a paint correction and ceramic coating on all surfaces - paint, windows, trim, door jams, and wheels. Now set for 7-9 years with proper ceramic boosts.
