Looks like a 36" curved might be proper. Need to find a proper mounting point and not block too mcu hair.

I’m really curious what you come up with as there’s NOTHING to my knowledge available after-market for our vehicles, for light bars.

I’ll tell you- they make a world of difference as I have a set of high intensity Rigid Industries mounted on the bow of my pontoon which I run on the Miss. river in extreme SE MN. The “pool” (beteeen the locks and dams) is very large (something like 16 miles long and opening into lakes in some areas) and pitch black at night. There’s hardly any civilization aside from houses along the shore. Those lights will literally shine to the freakin’ river’s end when you flip them on. I can’t even imagine how they’d perform on the road!

How "bad" would it be to place it in the lowest grill area? Would need to make certain not to get near the auto air fins (for lack of better words)...wouldnt imagine it would "block" that much air.

You might want to check the laws in your state and county for any illegal bolt-on lights. I know here in California, a law enforcement officer can cite you for each individual LED light inside the lightbar housing - which can be a hundred or more lights. So theoretically (if the officer is an ******* at the time of your traffic stop), you could be fined thousands of dollars for just one lightbar.
