ADS racing suspension coilover up front, and today, will be lift springs and remote reservoir shocks out back. As well as suburban z71 bumps.

It’s going to lift the vehicle about 2 inches I think.

This is a 2015 Yukon Denali XL.

(And of course the little fooler plugs)

Call ads and tell Tyler that OConnor sent you. Get the red beard discount.

The rears.

If I off-roaded a lot of get comp adjusters because it splits the valving and is better for heat and cavitation.

If you don’t, just get shocks from a company that will custom valve them and valve them for your use.

I’ve found I don’t change my other vehicles with clickers that much. Unless there is a major weight add or I’m going to drive in the street for a long drive to a trail.

Here are a couple better pictures. I ran these spare multimatics temporarily for about 300 or so miles. Those shocks are such trash. I thought “maybe they aren’t as bad as I remember”
Nope. Junk.

Also it’s hard to see but the ADS reservoirs aren’t clocked/angled a little bit for extra frame clearance. So they are side specific.

Also, notice that the reservoir port is at the bottom. This forces the oil to pass through the piston during compression instead of escaping to the reservoir when the axle shaft volume fills the shock body.

So better compression dampening control which is needed on heavy vehicles and the heavy rear axle on the 6.2l Yukon Denali xl.

Do those shock actually suck or do they just suck when you put them into an application that they wernt designed for? Just curious. Those are for zr2’s arnt they? A much lighter rig.

They just suck.
Skinny shafts… a weak main oil seal cap.
They don’t come with much nitro pressure… they over heat.

The valving is ok for crawlers but is terrible for any high speed stuff which the truck is advertised for.

I am acquaintances with someone on the design team and that person said the shock was designed and “valved” (you have the cup so it’s not just a regular valve) to be run with the SPC bump as if it’s a secondary shock.

But the truck does not come with that from the factory and it was years before those parts were released.

Just a lot of bling…

Probably. The new Silverado zr2 seems to have the gmpp zr2 multimatics…
Which are eh… better…
Less travel than stock which is odd. And NOT what Chad hall runs on his truck
The threaded perch ones on the truck are the hall truck, the ones on the table are the gmpp final finals.

The at4 if it’s not computer controlled are probably 1.9” diameter made by whomever ifp shocks…

I thought the at4X would have the same as the zr2.

So it does. I didn’t know that.
I wouldn’t spend the money on it for the shocks.

That motor though… I love the 6.2 on my Yukon.
