Passenger door mirror "glass" pivots in when I unlock the doors with remote - intermittently.

I have to readjust the mirror almost everytime.

I've searched but haven't found any info on this, anyone have this problem and know a solution?
Any suggestions on what to check?

Are these the original mirrors?
Could they be either replacement or aftermarket?

The same thing happened to my 2010 Suburban 2500 when I upgraded to OEM towing mirrors. There's a TSB on it and there is a "sort-of" fix: The dealership can disable the mirror element of the memory module, but in my experience this is only a part-time fix ... usually it retains the last used position, but about 25% of the time it adjusts itself (usually up & right on both of my mirrors, but they can vary).
