After rotating front to back, the rear tire was low, 19 lbs, but dash showed the front tire as low

Is there a reset for this?

I thought the pressure sensor was related to the axle in some way, is it inside the wheel? Dumb question but I never really considered this.....

sounds like you just need to do a TPMS relearn or have it done, the little tool is like $10-15 off amazon. once you have the tool then just put the key in turn it to run (not start) and on the dic select the tpms screen then press and hold the check mark (center button) for a few seconds and that will initiate the relearn, then scan each wheel starting at the front left and go clockwise, as each sensor is read the horn will beep once after the last sensor is read it will beep twice and then you are finished.
