Hey, 2008 Escalade with just over 200k miles has very low power especially at low RPM and misfires as it gets hotter. At 70s outside it's not that noticeable but we just took a trip where it got over 100 and the power sag and misfires were very noticeable.

I have changed the plugs and wires within the ladt 30 to 40k but it seems like maybe an electronic like an ignition coil or something but of course there are no codes. Any thoughts?

Time to pull the plugs and have a look. Where were they sourced from? We've seen lots of reports lately of plugs starting to fail 30-40k into their lifespan with many of them having been purchased on Amazon or eBay and were knock-off forgeries of factory plugs.

I'm sure I ordered them from somewhere but idk where. I used AC Delco 41-110s. Are the locally sourced plugs legit? Like Autozone, etc?

Along with checking the plugs and wires, I would also be interesting in what the fuel pressure is doing.

Yes, as far as I know, locally sourced from a chain retailer like Autozone, Car Quest, Napa, etc should all be genuine. Rock Auto also sells genuine plugs, and I've had good luck sourcing mine from them. I have 40K on a set of 41-110's I bought from them a few years ago and they still looked like new when I pulled the heads to do a cam swap last year.

I had thought about that too. The scan tool showed a pretty consistent 46.5 but idk if that's accurate and it wasn't when it was super hot either.

Are the 41-110s the best bet? I've seen all sorts of plug numbers thrown around.

You're right. Had to go back and look at my receipt and mine are NGK 7397 Iridium plugs.
Do you know what normal fuel pressure is? I just took a drive and it's hanging around 43psi.

Does your scan tool show live data? You need to see what the sensors are reporting. If they're reporting erroneously, but within spec, there won't be any codes but the PCM will adjust fueling and timing based on the erroneous reporting. For example, let's say your Intake Air Temp (IAT) sensor is reporting the temperature to be 180° (arbitrary figure). Although it's actually not 180°, the PCM sees this as "possible" (within range) so it just does as it's programmed to do and makes adjustments accordingly. One such adjustment would be to significantly retard the timing which would surely result in a loss of power.

Also, does your Escalade have the 6.2 with VVT? There's an issue with the cam phaser hanging up or something like that where it has the cam at the wrong advance or retard.

See if your scan tool shows live data, misfire counts, etc. As was mentioned about the market of counterfeit plugs, checking the plugs, or a few random ones would be a start.
