Known Supplier Discount Dealerships...

I had one today in Michigan that was going to accept my supplier discount...they even charged my credit card on a reservation...just to call back hours later and tell me they wouldn't sell to me because I was out of state. I lost another reservation I had in Illinois that was charging me 10% over MSRP for theirs when I thought I had the one I wanted for the pricing I wanted in Michigan. The one I had in Minnesota decided to cancel my reservation when I said I didn't want their aftermarket options they were forcing me to buy along with telling me I had to finance it with them. I'm basically out of options unless I want to throw my money away on used or excess market adjustments/interest. Could anyone maybe share a dealership that accepts supplier?
