...have a 2022 Z71 Tahoe, within the driver's instrument cluster, there are numerous "info pages"...you are allowed to select/de-select the ones you want to appear in the main center screen. Our last option is Transmission Fluid (temp) - see pic below.

Does anyone with a RST, Premiere, or High Country have anything other than "blank page" under Transmission Fluid. Supposedly the coolant temp, oil temp and oil pressure should be available options for some trim levels (per the owner's manual there are two different clusters, "base level" and "uplevel") - but the manual doesn't list which trim levels should have the extra options. Talked to the dealer and they reached out to a rep and are going to see what they can find out.

Stumbled across this as I was trying to determine what the coolant temp was after the light stayed on for about 15 mins of a recent drive.

If you change the display to the other one (I forget the name, but it’s more square on the two side) then you can display the coolant temp, trans temp and oil pressure underneath.

Here's a great video about how to customize which gauges show up and where -

I don't think you can display coolant temp in the info page options. It's only available in the "Lower Gauges" if you have either "max" or "medium" selected.

thats what I’m getting at…owners manual says those three options should be available in the info pages…on the “Uplevel“ cluster, which several online articles have stated that there is only one new cluster, RPO code UDV, which is what ours has….below is the page out of the owners manual

I've never seen a recent Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade show any temp besides trans temp in the center page. It states "some may not be available for your particular vehicle" because this is likely a generic section they cut and paste for all GM car/truck/van owners manuals.

Also, driving for 15 minutes with a coolant temp light on isn't a great idea, and you should never see that warning in regular driving. There was recently a recall for trans fluid cooler leaking into the coolant causing a pink sludge and poor cooling. Better take it to someone to look at.

that was the wife’s idea since I was 10hrs away…odd thing is the ” temp gauge” on the main screen was showing less than halfway…hence the reason I was trying to find the actual temp screen to monitor it

took it to the dealer and no codes were stored and ”it checked out”….and hasn’t done it since.

If you have the four "gauges" at the bottom "ON", battery changes to transmission temp when you put the transmission in Tow/Haul mode.

A friend just bought a '23 Silverado with the LCD instrument cluster and he said GM only gives a warranty on the LCD cluster of 12 mo/12,000 Miles instead of the 36mo/36K Miles bumper to bumper. Do any RST Tahoe owners have that limited warranty? That sounds wrong to me.

I have a ‘22 Yukon with digital dash. I looked through the warranty book and there was no mention of a specific warranty for the cluster display.

There’s a reason the 3/36 is called “bumper to bumper.” Everything is covered by it, with some items having extra coverage like the powertrain (5/60 gas or 5/100 diesel)
