Is there no MAX AC bottom on these vehicles? When it’s 90+, I just want to hit a button like on other vehicles for max cooling for a few minutes ? It should automatically go hard but it doesn’t seem to, to get to desired temp. Am I missing something..?

I like the way GM does it. Set the temperature lower and the fan speed will increase to meet it until you are placated. Or just roll the fan speed dial to high until you are happy.

Well I already have it set at 70 and it was 103 outside today. When I get in….it just lopes along at mid fan speed at best. Also when I remote start it certainly isn’t blasting the air when I get in…still doesn’t make sense to me, but oh well….

I have mine set in the 60s and the fan is running on high in the beginning until it gets to temp. We sometimes also open the rear windows and moonroof to more quickly bleed out the hot air.

The recirc button puts it into A/C Max. As soon as you hit the button the fan steps up a few notches.

70? good god I would cook here in Cali, the ac needs to be turned down all the way and you have to pre-cool by auto starting for a few minutes or roll the windows down until all the hot air gets pushed out.
the re-circulation button has to be on and it has to be on front vent only to get max-ac
it's only 86 deg's here right now and the inside of my Truck 154
