Your best bet is an NV4500/np241 combo from a 96+ K1500. It would be in your best interest to grab everything you can off a donor truck. Grab the flywheel too if it’s not toast. It will clear the tunnel and you’ll be surprised when you see that the panels are there and marked for the proper cut out for the shifter. The shifter may need to be custom bent for the console but it may fit without bending. You’re gonna need to have the auto segment removed from the tuning and a manual segment put in. I think there may even be a shift light in your cluster. But clutch master and pedal will go right in and there are little indents on firewall where they get drilled for mounting. Grab the brake pedal from the donor and get the clutch master so you can use that as a core if you decide to buy a reman. Make sure you get the transmission crossmember as well. You’ll need to have your driveshaft modified. I think mounting the clutch pedal and master will be the hardest part and that’s not even bad.
