Got that single metallic pop noise when turning left forward/reverse, sometimes does it 2-3 times. Full lock or near full lock.

Parts that are new:

Inner/Outer tie rods
4 new shocks
Upper control arms
Eibach sway bar and end links + new bushings

No bushings/boots are torn, nothing is loose. I've checked for bearing/hub play, everything is solid in that regard.

I have heard of the cross member bolts needing to be tightened. It doesnt happen when turning right.

All those parts are 1 year old, except for the upper control arms, which are only 2 weeks old. ACDelco or Moog used. The noise was happening before the uppers were changed out, thought that would fix it.

Check the intermediate steering shaft. I hear that can cause the sounds you're talking about, and it's a very common wear item.

Is the popping happening as you’re turning the steering wheel on your way to full lock, or with the steering wheel held almost to full lock and the vehicle is turning?

Are you feeling it in the steering wheel?

I don’t see CV Shaft on your list of new parts. They can pop and click if they are failing as well, so might be something to check out as well as the intermediate shaft as suggested already.

The popping happens during the turn and also at full lock, while im creeping forward or backwards. Theres no feeling in the steering wheel, just a noise ahead of me. I also dont have a CV shaft on this truck.

The sway bushings were lubed during the initial install, but I havent touched them since. Its been maybe a year.

Gotcha, I guess I assumed your vehicle was 4WD.

I'm having a similar pop. I'm going to look at my motor mounts as I have also replaced all new front suspension components. I also see a lot of the front cabinets bushings by radiator may be the problem. I'm tired of hearing the pop during slow turns or as I'm backing out out into a parking space.
