I sent it to my dealer and he said he would check tomorrow when he gets back to the dealership. Fingers crossed.

I got this exact same reply on my order last Friday. It seems this "text chat" feature gets you in contact with an actual agent. When I tried the GMC.com chat feature I can tell it's a bot, however it says "Your dealer has submitted your order, but it has not officially been accepted by GM at this time." I'm hoping for both of our sakes the real person has better info!

For the past several months I had gotten the "Your dealer has submitted your order, but it has not officially been accepted by GM at this time" message.

This time I got something different. I'm hoping it's the real deal because I already told the wife.

Haha - I told my wife too! And to make it crazier the next day an "in transit" Yukon XL SLE Duramax (exactly what we ordered) showed up on our dealer's website. I got excited and skeptical at the same time. Knowing how the process works, it won't show up on the dealer's website until it has a VIN#. An accepted order without a TPW won't have a VIN so I knew it wasn't actually our order (also the MSRP wasn't an exact match), but there was a moment of "could that be our rig?!?"

Could be, pull up the window sticker. In the bottom right where the dealer info is, the order number is listed…see if it is your order num.

Thanks for pointing that out - I had not noticed that the order number was listed there. Currently there is no window sticker for this unit, but I did find it on the Yukon XL inventory search on GMC's site and on there it shows that it has Max Trailering Pkg, which I specifically took off my order so would be constraint free. Also, we ordered the front bench and this one shows that it has the center console.

My GMC chats are almost the exact same. My dealer actually called me to tell me I have a TPW of 5/4/22. I asked the chat to verify, and they could not verify. They ACT like the dealer has the latest and greatest info.
