There's a lip like that on my daughter's 2005 Suburban LT.

Summit Racing SUM-890340 Summit Racing™ Braided Wire Wraps | Summit Racing.html That’s slip-on though. It has to go on before the end connectors are put on. The stuff I linked is split so you can wrap it around existing harnesses and the seam overlaps itself and the wrap has a tension so it...
