I have an odd popping sound (sounds like an a/c compressor cycling on and off or a brake pad shifting) coming from the left front. It seems like it happens when there is a shift in the suspension either from hitting the brakes or turning in a parking lot. The front shocks were just replaced and have less then 10 miles on them, the front brake pads were replaced and are pinned like Brembos so they can’t move, the upper control arms and ball joint have been relaxed with Mevotechs upper line, there’s no play in any of the suspension, and I re greased all the ball joints today and I still can’t find this popping sound

Was it making the noise before you changed the shocks?
If not, then that’s your answer.
If it was then I’d look over all nut/bolts to ensure they are tight, check sway bar links, and sway bar bushings.

What year is your vehicle? I'm experiencing something similar. I recently had the left front hub assembly replaced, but the noise is still there. Strut assemblies are aftermarket and I bought them from Amazon (please don't laugh at me, lol) so I'm suspicious of them. Did you ever find the problem?

Also, noise comes when I turn steering wheel. It's like a metal groaning noise. I took it to firestone and they said it's an issue with the electronic power steering module and that's an issue that has to be fixed at the dealership.

There is no electronic power steering control module on your truck. There IS a steering wheel position sensor but it sounds like you have the common issue of a noisy intermediate steering shaft. Do a search on it, there is a method to lube it.
