Just picked up a pristine 2012 Tahoe LTZ with low miles and looks barely used. Aside from a few simple aesthetics the only major mod I'm looking to do is upgrade those boring old fart chrome 20's.... I'm between going to the clean 22" black rims with some good street tire or 20" black rims with a more beefy A/T tire...
- Let me see some pictures of your set-ups and let me know what you're rocking.
- How big of a tire were you able to run without having to lift or cut anything.

I'm guessing you are looking for stock or lifted trucks with black wheels from the sound of it but I find it hard to resist posting a pic of my Burb so here goes...

This was with a 4/6 drop and 285/40/22 tires.

I have since changed out to 305/40/22 Michelins and raised the truck up to a 2/4 drop.

Love it, looking at everyone's setups lifted, lowered or stock. All about getting inspiration here. How's the turning radius on those?

Sorry, but I cannot help you, as I have those boring old fart 20" wheels.
Nothing wrong with the old fart wheels at all, still looks clean! I am interested in hearing more about those LED light bars you put in the rear. Might help brighten things up on my dim backup camera screen.

With the 285/40 and dropped 4 inches up front I had no rubbing and could go full lock in either direction without issues.

Went to the 305/40 and it rubbed like crazy, which is why I lifted the truck back up a couple inches. Live and learn I guess.
