Is this the heater to tank hose?

One last issue. The Dorman quick disconnect attachment I bought for the heater hose to core connection isn't correct. Doesn't look like my Tahoe actually utilized the quick disconnects (that's what I get for not checking). Do you know the part number for the white plastic connector? I've attached photos showing a comparison. Black is the Dorman connector.

Hope you got the Delco or GM ones. The Dorman ones are specifically known to not last very long and you might be doing it again very soon.

I had to replace my heater hose the other day. I was driving when it broke. Coolant everywhere in the engine compartment. After replacing the hose, I added 1 gallon of coolant, I disconnected and reconnected my battery to reset the engine trouble light. No light, but now my water temperature is very high and so is my oil pressure. Anyone have any suggestions as to what else I could now have an issue with?

Hope you got the Delco or GM ones. The Dorman ones are specifically known to not last very long and you might be doing it again very soon.
I went with Dorman because of cost and availability. AC Delco and GM ones are on at least a two week back order from what I was told.
