i didnt say anything but they were loose as shit after that one single run, strap stretched or bolt bent i never really looked into it

still confused on this radiator blowing into overflow tank mess, i went to top it off and bleed all the air out and there really wasnt any. leak test showed nothing wrong with any cylinders, i removed the small hose between the radiator and expansion tank. didnt really make a difference, coolant temps did pretty much same thing.

need to get the gauges back on the ac system, when we filled it it was kinda cold out so we were almost expecting to have to touch it up when it warmed up.

Would one of those kits that test for combustion gases in the coolant help? If it is pushing water, it'll only do it under boost so the leak test isn't accurate. Lifting the heads with boost? Turn down the psi as much as you can and see if the problem subsides or goes away. Maybe you just need a tire air stem jammed into the rad's outlet @kbuskill
