That does suck but it's not the worst thing ever. i guess the Leak down will tell you more.

yep, unless something else magically appears as to why else its blowing out coolant in the meantime i just want to get HGs here if i dont use em now im sure at some point ill need them.

when i did the compression test i also pressurized the coolant system up to just below the cap rating and it held fine for 10+ mins, was waiting for the leak down tester to show up but i was pretty confident it wasnt an issue at that time. no where near what the cylinder pressure puts on the head gasket tho

I leak down tested all the easy cylinders (1,3,5,7, 6) to about 80psi with less than 5-7% drop, cold cold engine tho some heat would prob show better.

Going to have to pull the passenger front tire to get to everything else. I put in a ghetto catch can onto the overflow port - wanted to see if it actually spit a lot andddd it does quite a bit...drove it for around for an hour or two with plenty of pulls and filled a 1/4 of a water bottle up or so.

New front painted bumper and fog lights, waiting on retrofits but decided to throw the rest on. Color matches pretty good considering, there are some runs in it mostly on the underside like inside the fog light cutouts and stuff like that. one blotchy spot a little bigger than a quarter.
iirc it cost about as much as having someone throw a cheap respray on the hood, it prob would have been about the same price but I didn't have to drop it off somewhere for a week and wait on it...its no beauty queen and is a whole lot better than what was on there
I'll take some better pics when I can get home before the sun goes down

This thing is pretty retarded fast also, maybe cause I'm not "used to it" yet but I no longer have to mat it and run it out for it to give me that little scare. I find myself letting out of it much sooner lol

this little blast from 80-130 takes a little over 5 seconds ... let me find an old log to compare

according to the dic, 177 miles on a full tank lol
Damn. I only run about 150 and I’m on 1/8 so it’s time for a fill up. I could go 177 I’m sure but I’m running what, 1/3 your hp. That must be bs though, I average about 11 mpg so you gotta get 7 or less. Wait...7 mpg times 26 gallons...182 miles. But below 1/4 tank I won’t do any wot so it’s worthless below that point. Psh.
