Battery was dead last weekend, I charged it and seemed to be good for a bit then died again...must have a drain going on, only thing I've added was ic pump and change relay for fuel pump. But either way I went to charge battery again but it looked like it was swollen a little maybe leaking, didn't seem like acid tho. Swapped it out cause it was only a few months old.
Grabbed some more antifreeze to go into a2w tank.
Started installing chiller that showed up. Dude was "complaining" about the davies Craig pump, but I think he mostly sees them used on lsa blower and the cooling brick is a lot more of a restriction than my intercooler
Front bumper showed up, haven't opened it up but looked like it was shipped ok need to transferallthe trim over, put on the new morimoto fogs. May not put on till I get new headlights

pretty sure someone had it and the hood resprayed (like shit) at some point, the entire hood clearcoat came off about a month after i got it. the bumper is pretty much the same, clearcoat bubbling off....and i rearended a van on the passenger side thats why the paints all cracked on that side, and wasnt really worth trying to get the ripple out of it thats why i bought a whole new cover

thats kinda why i took a pic of the front bumper so i could have a before/after new lights and bumper. looks trashed from when it was new lol

Everything is about in and ready to get over to friends shop to vac down ac system install and recharge. Needs a hose barb welded on the suction side of the compressor line.

Put new battery in and think I found the power drain...it was sitting drawing like 2 amps, I unplugged everything I added, still there. Was just testing and them disconnecting battery. Blah whatever started installing button for chiller solenoid, wanted it by the ac controls and it fit perfectly into a cig lighter hole so I threw it in there. Noticed wide band was plugged in the whole time. The cig lighter is always hot... guessing when it got cold it sat here and tried heating the 02 sensor endlessly. Unplugged it let everything shutdown and amp probe showing 0.0 after about 5 minutes. So hopefully that was all...had Napa swap the battery for free on my own dumbass problem o well.

I see you have the normal ac buttons wearing off problem. I used stickers on mine, had to clean off all the old shit first but they look great now.

i can live with it...
cant however live with the wrong led fogs :banghead: order the ones for 07-13 sierra thinking they were the same, they going back - ordered the correct ones i hope.

painted front bumper looks pretty good, shipped it well packaged, thing is dusted with some powder to keep the anything from sticking to it. i started swapping over the upper/lower grill, foam, and other junk. going to order a new air damn, mine has a couple holes in it from mounting the cooler down low - not really noticeable but bugs me. i havent put it on, and wont until its ready to go on and stay on a while. need it off to make up chiller crap in the mean time anyway. so wont really know how good the color match is until then and i clean up the rest of the yukon. i cut some of it out behind the lower grill and put it under some bright light and it does have some nice pearl in it.

Shit like those buttons drives me crazy, they’re right in front of your face every time you drive. I can’t understand why GM couldn’t make them last. There’s a few things on the NNBS like that- the dash cracks, those buttons, door handles that break...:mad::mad:
