Update on the fan problem. Still off till supposed to be on?

I've been working ******* my own projects but here now so sorry. It sounds a lot like you have a current draw problem? Your cooling fan relay may be shorted and keeping your fan on. You can check this out by testing your connections at your plugs at the fan (s) itself with the ignition switch off and no power on at all.

He already did a bunch of relay swaps that did not fix but may not be the same relay you are talking about. I did ask a couple days ago if the problem is fixed but no response as of yet.

No I didn't mean test the relays test the harness from the relay to the fan or fans this way you would know if any current is passing through the line and it is constant measurement while the ignition is off. Then test the connection for the relay plug in at the fuse box without the relay in its place with the power off then turn the ignition on. And testing proper measurements of voltage.

Well, it has been almost a month since we last heard. I wonder if this problem got fixed or not. Sure would like to know.
I sure wish this guy/gal would reply back as to whether this problem is fixed.

Hi all, sorry for never replying back.
Yes and NO... it did fix it... but then the problem returned about 3 weeks back.
So, to fix the problem, took apart the wires for the unit, stuck a hair dryer down in there for about an hour, siliconed back up the seal after smothering the connection pins with electric grease.
so, that was the problem. and yes it has resurfaced...
