I really like those wheels! How can I find them? I know they are on gmc but which one and year?

I think just the GMT900 Sierra. It had two styles of the cladded wheels, but the wheel itself, underneath the cladding, is the same for both. The Silverado also had two styles of cladded wheel. Like most Chevy wheels, they were a 5-spoke design. Not many run that one cuz it has a large recessed circle around the lug nuts that requires a large center cap to hide. I think the go-to is to use the center cap from the GMT800 ("NBS") 17" wheel. Even still, it looks like some cheesy 90s sport car wheel.

These are the two styles of factory chrome-cladded GMC wheels:

Hmmm. Actually, it looks like there may be a third:

what emissions plate? the numbers you need are on the airbox, anyway you can have any muffler shop order some magnaflow's and have them welded on, some shops may have them in stock or can have them the next day.
I upgraded to a K&N Intake 10 years ago and never saved the plate that was on the air box. I got some quotes for the magnaflow that are meet CA emissions, just didn’t want to spend $1500. Just have it eat it on this one. 210k Miles and going strong!!! ca84bf37296cf0656ec944b32cde6cda.jpg

who quoted you that price? and what was the breakdown? all they have to do is cut the old cat's out and weld in the new ones.
I got mine put on last year I am thinking paid like half of what you were quoted or I am wrong about the price in which case it could have been $1200 but I don't remember paying that much, I think maybe the price has gone up on the cat's seems like I remember them only costing around $350 each, my receipt is in the truck and it's at the transmission shop until next week I can check when I get it back.
