Thanks SADude and Paul Steele III for the favorable comments. I too have a new 2021 Yukon (SLT) with about 2000 miles and no discernible problems. I have a long trip coming up and I get a little freaked out reading about some of the issues others are having. I tend to agree that folks more easily share issues they have had vs sharing how great the vehicle is! Heres a toast to many more issue-free miles! Regarding price, I bought in November with the family and friends discount plus the Costco $1000 discount. It was about 6.6% off msrp.
No issues on my. At4 with about 3500 miles. I got Costco and supplier discount so about $5500-5000 total off. Msrp was $75k roughly.

I bought in October for about 6 to 7% off msrp when factoring in the Costco $1000 and negotiations with 5+ dealers. Even back then a couple of dealers would not budge off of msrp more than 1% or so.

I wonder if they are problematic. My Tahoe has about 3k miles and hasn't has a single mechanical problem, not one. I'm sure something will come up eventually but I'm also sure you can get on just about any forum for any new vehicle and get the impression it's problematic becasue that's the first place people go to vent frustration when they have an issue. I'm sure there are thousands of happy owners such as myself out there. I remember getting on forums when I purchased my last new vehicle 7 years ago and being terrified by what I read...well 7 years later and nothing but routine maintence expenses.

Good to hear they do exist. I believe your the first one on here (that I know of) that hasn't experienced any issues.

Same. I bought my 2021 Yukon Denali back in October as well. Got quotes from 7 dealerships, 2 said the Yukons are so "hot" they're selling at or over MSRP. Knew that was total BS. I whittled down my selection to 3 that were willing to really make a sale. Dealership that got my business gave me 6% off MSRP. With the Costco rebate at the time, that bumped the discount to over 7%. Even without the Costco rebate, deals are out there. You'll be in a new Yukon soon, just have to be patient and find the right dealership.

Really want one of these new Yukon’s but I just can’t stand to pay msrp+. Inventory is low and if you don’t pay full price they will be gone. I’m lucky I don’t need one a we have a 2015 grand Cherokee overland with low miles. How long am I going to have to wait until the rebates come along?
Why didn’t you buy when they had GM Employees price for all.

I've seen their posts and that sucks what they've been thru. I don't doubt that there have been some lemons rolled off the line, but that's no different from any other new vehicle, some more than others. Doesn't qualify these trucks as problematic IMO. Get on any expedition or armada forum and hear alot of the same horror stories. If you want the best reliability in this class then it's well known that the Sequoia is the way to go but at the expense of alot of modern features and capabilities.
