chiller is ordered.

put new hobbs switch in, new relay, wouldnt work how i wanted because my 12v isnt switched by ignition so it was going to be on all the time. i did order some time delay relays and will give that a shot. for my bypass switch on fuel pump - i guess it had a crappy ground (connected it to dash support structure and didnt think much of it) but it had a few hundred ohms resistance to a known ground for whatever reason so i re did that also. got the 16an to 16an union i needed to get the intercooler pump tightened up but will probably wait till chiller gets here to take it all back apart, drain water, refill with antifreeze all at once, one time. didnt seem like it was going to be that long of a lead time on it.

its been 3 days, still no chiller :( edit*** but i did get shipping info!

ordered some more junk. the morimoto led fogs, some projector retrofits, and a new painted front bumper.

somewhere along the way i did order the hella time delay off relay, it showed up yesterday. info a little scattered on these relays. they clearly say 10a on them, but they seem a lot better built than the chinese "80amp" relays ive used some of. but if you look at hella catelog it says theyre good for 20amp switching load for up to 30mins, so in my case i may exceed that slightly if this pump is full bore but only for a few seconds at the most. so i hooked it up, wrong at first of course. didnt do any time delaying, dug back thru hella info and found wiring schematic. i was switching the ground, but the ground completes the time delay circuit and needs to be connected at all times to function. so after i got that fixed it all seems well, set the dip switches and set it for about a 15 second delay.

its been a little cool so i drove it around for a while last night, it gets the turbo spoolin mighty well with such a short charge pipe, used to be somewhat managable in first but it seems to spin a lot easier and max out the gm map sensor @255hkpa
