My 04 Denali died all of a sudden while in traffic when I finally did get it started it makes a slow grinding sound the tow truck driver thinks it's camshaft bearing but I'm not sure what else could it be

No codes? When mine were going it sounded like a lifter tick. Does the sound speed up when you rev it? While in park or only when it's moving?

Only when it's in park the sound does change if I rev it and I haven't driven it cuz the sound sounds really bad it's a very slow grinding sound possibly from the bottom of the engine I did remove the belt to make sure it wasn't the alternator or the water pump and the noise continued

Uhhh- drain oil and look for metal shavings. A spun bearing makes all sorts of noises. Also the crank may have shifted forwar/back and rubbing....NG
