I can’t check my NNBS since that’s all been torn out but on my NBS it’s similar to Wes’s. Maybe you don’t have the correct vehicle entered in the first menus? It should step you through the different suspension systems and you have to choose the right one. Also, make sure the key is in the run and not accessory position. Your check engine light should be on. You can also just start the engine to be sure.

You guys are awesome! I'll get out there and see if I messed up a menu item along the way, but I'm also wondering if mine is missing some of these options in the menus because it's an '07. I'll hook the tech2 up to my '12 also and see if there is a difference.
