Outside air coming in near the leg area on passenger side

I know I've seen a fix and/or thread on here somewhere describing this but having trouble finding it.
My 00 yukon... there is a bunch of outside air blowing in the footwell area.
I can feel it just below the glove box. A ton of cold outside air is blowing in right there..

What can I do to fix this? Is this a sealing issue between the dash and the HVAC box?

Well, it could be the recirculate actuator or the door itself could broken. I doubt it is a cracked case but it can't hurt to take the bottom plastic piece off and have a look around. Drop the glove box door too while you are at it and see what's going on behind it.
