I put the Elite Engineering on on my '18 6.2L. I have one on all my other vehicles as well, and it's absolutely critical with direct injection engines. The EE unit is well made and blends into the engine bay (it's still in warranty so why call attention to a mod). I am surprised at how little it catches, maybe a 1/4 cup every 5k miles. My 5.7 Hemi will fill it up between oil changes. How much are you guys catching on other vendors? The way they are constructed definitely will affect their removal efficiency.

On 2018 Yukon 5.3 UPR can was catching ±1-2 Oz every 1000 miles, no frosty milky stuff but oil with minimal gas in it. I think UPR really thinks hard about their design and keeping can really hot. 4-chamber UPR can was very effective. however, there are tests showing that RX cans catching a bit more. As far as Elite can, they are three chamber design and have a solid following among Direct Engine owners but I never saw a comparison between Elite and UPR and RX. If you find one, please share here.

I bought www.teamrxp.com. I like the 2 can system with a small can for the clean side. Important on boosted engines. I've seen many Ford owners opting for this on their turbo Fords. It is not cheap but if it protects the engine its cheap insurance. It took a month to get but is a very nice kit with all the factory connectors.

I got the same catch can but have 0 instruction on how to install it. Do you have a walkthrough? Pretty ridiculous that there’s no instructions to this expensive catch can.

I watched this video

I understand up to the point where he says “ drilling under the throttle body” @ 2:59 Mark. I’m really not game to drill into a brand new throttle body. Other instructional videos are for the Ford ecoboost
