Anyone daily drive 26's?

Almost pulled the trigger on a set of 22" rims and tires, and then my buddy says why not go bigger?

Looking around, I found 26" rims cheaper than 24" rims. Just wonder about clearance and drive feel etc. Don't wanna ruin the ride of my Yukon Denali or the ability to drive it daily etc.

Done 24s a while back, dodging pot holes and big bumps etc... gets old.

The tire on the 26s has no cushion at all, stick to 24s

OMG, unless your on baby butt smooth roads I would not go over 22's.

I have 24s. Doesnt ride bad at all. I know im not going cheap on tires anymore.

I had 26s and I was fixing inner bends it felt like every 6 months. They were too big any way. I have daily driven 24s for a long time on my trucks and my wife currently has 24s on her Suburban. Run 305s on 24s and you will be fine. Don’t be scared! [emoji23]

I ran 26’s for a couple years and wouldn’t go bigger than 24’s now. I bent one of the 6’s on a bad ass pothole in the rainy season on a dark rainy night. They’re just too rough over bumps for me.

Not for me.. I used to run 24s on my old Tahoe. Considering it for my yukon now but one thing I hated was them skinny tires get no traction in snow

They get just as good of traction as any other highway tire. Most people just have a set of winter wheels and tires anyway. I bought a set of 22” reps that were supposed to be my winter wheels but decided I liked them so now they’re my all year round setup. Sold the 26’s. I have another truck with billet 26’s but I only drive it occasionally.

26's ride fine if you have a good stock ride height suspension. I am partial to lexani for tire. I currently have 24's with a 295 40 tire on a lowered suspension and they are heavy and your suspension will need to be fresh or you will dislike them. On my winter 22's truck rides great.
