I have since moved up to the FAST LSX r/t 102 intake manifold and Snake Eater Performance 102mm TB.

Picked up 20 wheel on the dyno. Both the intake and TB were brand new units when ported and installed. Only ran them for about 2500 miles when removed. I ran both before my dyno tune and ran great, no CELs.

Intake had the TB opening opened up and the runners were port/gasket matched. Went from 1" to 1 1/8" I will post pictures later.

Simple remove and replace parts for your truck, can be done in about and hour with no downtime for your DD.

Looking for 500 shipped in the lower 48.

And now in intake runners

Again some more stock vs ported.

Opened up the runners via a gasket/port match to the cylinder heads. Went from 1" up to 1 1/8"

I do not have a stock LS7 TB on hand for comparison, but here are the pictures.

Everything was hand ported by me paying close attention to material thickness to ensure the strength of the item was not compromised. Again all items were tested and performed flawlessly.

Man! That's some nice n' smooth porting work. What did you use to port? Just a dremel for plastic?
