Thinking about chaning the manual climate control in my 2002 Yukon Denali to digital climate from a 2003 or newer. Is this possible? Expensive? Pain in the butt?? Does anyone know of any DIY on this procedure? thanks!!!

Personally I like having those large rotary knobs. It is much easier to make changes to fan speed, temperature, and vents using knobs while driving.

I have had both the electronic push button style and the rotary knobs. The push button electronic might have the "cool" factor, but in my opinion the rotary knob is far more practical. If you have manual controls in your 02, you might be able to retrofit the automatic climate control system. It works very well.

First off, YOU DON’T WANT TO DO THIS! I’ve had two 2003’s and the climate control sucks IMHO. I’m currently trying to figure out how to downgrade mine. If you figure out how to do it and decide to do so, let me know because I’ll gladly trade with you.
