Yes, correct.

I think I'm going with the trans/transfer case and see if I can either do the differential myself or find a better price.

But I kinda want the dealer on the hook for warranty-ing the transmission and transfer case.
you can save money doing it yourself, I think about 1/2 of that price (roughly) is labor if you go with oem fluids

Agree. Think I am going to wait a couple months until Florida cools down, then try the differentials myself(it's hurricane/monsoon season here, and 92+ every day, not exactly the environment to be laying on the ground lol). If it's looking like a pain, then I can always hit up the dealer before 50k miles, to get the warranty/repair credit for doing it prior to 50k miles....

If you do take on the differentials, might consider investing in a small fluid hand pump. Harbor Freight sells them.

Do it in the morning at sun up or after 5, you can easily do the differentials and transfer case yourself. You can do the transmission fluid exchange yourself, we have some posts around here explaining how it's done. Dealer charges about $175 or so.

I don't remember what the fluids are for the differentials in your K2, the transfer case takes Dexron VI. Download a copy of your owner's manual from Chevrolet.

Your transfer case takes Dexron VI just like your transmission.

Ditto for the change fluids and have cheap insurance. At the minimum I'd do the transmission fluid change (flush and filter). Just because the MFG states a change interval doesn't mean that changing early isn't a benefit. I'm looking at scheduling a transmission fluid change and don't quite have 15K miles on my 2019.
Have you looked at the trans in your ‘19 yet? 10sp in my yuk has No dipstick and says no service until 100k...plus filling it would an issue with no dipstick tube....

Change out all your fluids out to Amsoil Signature. You will easily get 100k miles out of them. Changed all mine at 24k along with trans filter. I’ll probably get rid of the truck before it needs to be done again. I only drive about 10k a year.

What is the severe service schedule? Is a GM maintenance plan worthwhile?
