That's a good price. That's everything I received with mine. How can you do a flush with it? I'm still trying to learn myself.20200628_011119.jpg

LOL. It does the ABS bleed which also basically flushes it out. The last time I was setting off my ABS on loose ground trying to get air out of it a lot of nasty black crap came out of it so it seems like something that should be done with maintenance imo.

Same guy selling it for $250 w free shipping here. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Automotive...589216?hash=item3b4a1e9720:g:wb4AAOSwSTFe4G-K

Anything I need to look out for?

Not really sure. I went into it blindly myself. Hopefully guys like @swathdiver @Rocket Man and @Doubeleive will chime in. Did you get the latest edition? I think it's something like 3.004

Looks good. Do thoroughly run it through its paces once you get it to make sure all features are working.

Mine has seen near continuous, almost daily use for the last three years now. I get a real time clock failure on start up even though the internal battery was replaced. When it first arrived, the OBDII adapter was defective, I bought another which is how I discovered the original was bad. They sent me another and I have since bought another. Mine also quit talking to the older vehicles. At first, moving the PCMCIA card into the other slot seemed to work but now it won't talk my wife's car again. So I bought another card but that did not change things. Today I ordered up another cable so we'll see how that goes tomorrow when it arrives. These are parts that wear out so don't let my comments discourage you.

If you are using this on your '96 you will not need to connect the CANdi module. That's only needed on vehicles with the CAN bus computer architecture like the GMT-900s. But do run the self tests when you get it. Have fun!

I've plugged in the AC cord and pressed the PWR button but nothing. Am I missing something? Did I get a dud?

Where did you plug it in to? Did you plug it into the VCI Module or the main cable? If you've also made sure the wall outlet has power, you can just plug it into the OBD port without external power and it should turn on.
