Hi All - I recently purchased a 2020 Tahoe RST 4wd with the 6.2L performance package. I'd like to swap the 22"s that came on the truck for a set of 24"s. Question is whether the front Brembo brake package that comes from the dealer would fit with the 24"s? There's a clear statement if you buy the package online that it was designed only for 20"s and 22"s.

Appreciate any help you guys could give me. Thanks very much.

I own a company that makes one off custom forged wheels for two different shops, you can put 30" wheels on if you like, I have the GM Brembo front brake kit, it's a big improvement over the stock brakes, but if you want to run 24" or above I would get Baer, Wilwood or Brembo 4 wheel kit, big wheels are tough to stop if you drive into the mountains or live or drive where there are a lot of hills you need more stopping power than just front Brembo's, with 22" forged wheels or smaller the Brembo front option is a good choice. Most of my wheels are Forgeline, because honestly I can buy them for less than it costs me to make. These are 22's in black chrome

It will depend on the design of the wheel rather than the diameter. The 24" diameter will be plenty to clear the brakes but the spoke design and/or offset could make the spokes hit the caliper.

You can check the weight difference between the 2 and see if it’s worth a couple grand. Lots of us with larger wheels and stock brakes that may upgrade when it’s time for new brakes.

Beautiful wheels. And I just purchased the wilwoods. That's my vote.

Hello, what diameter are the wilwood rotors? Six piston right? And if you could please share here or private messg the price please.
I was thinking about buying the upgraded oem chevrolet performance brake kit, but I can't find a replacement disk that would be slotted and drilled. I hope you can share your opinions.
Thanks you
JB

You don’t want slotted or drilled rotors. Both reduce the amount of metal that can absorb heat, they eat brake pads, and many of them make noise. They are literally good for nothing but looks at the sacrifice of performance.
