Did oil change, radiator flush, transmission service, deferential service and rotors and brake pads. My jaw dropped when I saw the bill.
Got interior LEDs coming in tomorrow. I will replace the worn out rear glass window shocks.
Oh and I cleaned all the interior carpet.

The cheaply shocks I bought are now making squeaky noises at the bolt and bushing. They seem loose, like the bolt is too thing for them.
Looking to change the front and rear.
I see bilstein post but when I look I to them they do t have anything for an 05 denali xl..
My wheels are 20", in rock auto I see some are for 20" and some exclude it.
These should work?
The cheap shocks I paid $15 each LOL

Well glad to have you back.
I do not for the life of me understand why wheel size has a damn thing to do with shocks, auto leveling or not. I mean, I was running 26’s for a minute and where are the shocks for those? BTW, we’re you running regular shocks in the rear and if so I hope you pulled the fuse for the compressor or else it’s probably shot.

Compressor is long gone. I bypassed all 4 with an ebay module I found. I would like to keep it as close to the oem ride style. When I bought the denali n Texas, I drove home to Michigan and loved the ride. Then that arctic blast hit and jammed everything electric. The radio went, the ride compressor as well.
So then it shouldnt matter if it says exclude .
I'll have yo replace the compressor as well anyways.
Or should I get the arnott rears with compressor
The ACDelco will be closer to the original ride, they have electronic damping as well as auto level. Either will probably be fine. I’m running Arnott but I bought mine back when you could get brand new ones that were made by Bilstein, they have the Bilstein stickers on them. You can’t get them anymore. I haven’t heard anything negative about any of the Arnott stuff.

Today I replaced the leaking brake line feeding the rear wheels. PITA!!!!
I went with Inline Tubes. That line came in 3 pieces which made it easier to get into place, but finding a way to tighten the connectors was a puzzle. I just don't want to tackle this job again - hoping NiCopp lasts.

I used those several years ago hoping to get another year or two out of my posts. Nope, nice TX hail storm brought some wind and the 8' fence pulled those right out of the ground when it fell. Oh well, insurance got me metal poles which are now code...for good reason.
