Back home safe n sound, when I picked it up I checked the transmission fluid on the spot and of course it was low, he took it back said they added 1.3qts so I figured it was good, checked it again when I got home aaaand it was still low, added another 1/2 qt, drove it down the street, checked it again and it took the other 1/2qt, I told them when I dropped it off that the pan took an extra 2qts and told him make sure you tell the tech, apparently that didn't get communicated but no harm no foul. looked up my records and that is 15k service on the transmission and transfer case been about a year and half, about 40k on the front diff and alignment, 3k on the oil. I am rough on it so it's treated well in return.

Had a hectic work week so I took it out for a drive last night to chill out and put some more shakedown miles on it. I've also been trying to burn off the tank of 93 to refill with E85. I only got it down to 1/4 tank so I filled it up from there. Fuel mileage dropped 4-5 MPG and I can't tell if there's any more power. What I can tell is that it was about $.81/gal cheaper and I found a solution for the catless exhaust smell. The exhaust smells almost like it did with cats.

Ive been trying out mileage of the gas tanks fulls for the different octanes myself. I can tell you that 93 has lasted me almost 3 days longer than with a tank of 87. I also towed a trailer with the 93. So maybe its worth the couple dollars more for the 93.

Yes i know its a very scientific method i have:cool:

nope I wouldn't have even drove it way like that, hate it, the alignment guy should have known better.
