Hi.

I am a bit curious what you guys have for measurement from the ground to top centrum of the wheel well on the fenders, both front and rear. Hope I do make any sense and point out the right name for it. :)

Anyway I would be great if you post picture here of your truck and list the suspension and your wheel setup.

Springs/Shocks: Unknown, truck should have soft ride and self leveling but don't.

Keys: Standard but cranked a bit.

Wheels: Cragar Black Soft 8 16" x 8"

Tires: Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S (G012) 265/70 R16 112T

I may have missed your year and trim level. What is remaining of auto leveling? What do you hope to do with the stance?

Everyone are welcome! :)
Did start the thread if someone are particularly looking for a hight and don't what parts to use this would be a shortcut what people using and a picture do say really more then 1000 words how everything sit.

The self leveling and auto leveling are two different systems on my generation, my self leveling are just progressive shock's that pump up them self when your hit bump's in the road and this shocks are combined with soft springs.

I am absolutely sure that I want to leveling my truck, I have in the PM gotten a amazing help from @rgosart what he are using and think I will go his road but it's always more then welcome to know the hole world before you aim for the sky. :D

Did see that Z71 did come with two different spring when they was new, one for the regular ones and one spring if you did have the 3rd row. Yeah normally that wasn't an option but the spring 15182558 was on those 3rd Z71, more then so I haven't find out yet. I wonder if they just stiff up the suspension or lift it even more? Did mail a company and they didn't even know there was two different springs for the Z71 so guess nowadays regarding your opinion you will get the same spring? :)

I found my original measurements. Stock height with 265/70r16s my fender heights were 34 3/4" front and 36" rear. Now it sits at 38 1/2" front and ~39 1/4" in the rear. The tires account for 1 1/4" of that, so I gained 2" in the rear and 2 1/2" up front. Thats about the limit for just keys and springs.

I did not know about the difference in z71 springs. I doubt that there is any height difference. One may be a little softer than the other. Probably a spring rate difference.

Thank you sir. :)
Really great to hear your measurements before and after, you get a bigger picture what the leveling do to the truck.
I did have some problems today with my rims so must go on the original so I am guessing that my tire will be a hair higher, the cragar are 8" and the original are 7" wide so at least what I think the side wall will help the tire up a bit. :)

Anyway big thanks for your input here. :)
