So as you already can tell I was finally able to find someone to cut and weld the brackets for the hd bumper. And he did an amazing job

Have to trim/notch the side of the support bracket. As for the side brackets it’s only held by one bolt so is can be angled down to match the mounting point on the now lower bumper . Trying to figure out what the best way to reinforce those so there’s no sag later

Can’t install until painted. Picked up a brand new pad for $90 locally. Always enjoy painting, never enjoy sanding textured pieces lol . Came out good, made sure the middle area always stayed flat and the entire piece was sitting evenly because I know a lot of people hang these on saw horses or whatever and that’s how the pad gets warped in places and the end result doesn’t fit very well

Make sure to put in these spacers. These were included with the aftermarket bumper pad . They go under the raised ends . Not sure if oem is like this. Anyway these made it a pain in the a$$ to fit into the bumper but it worked and the fit is super snug
