Hey guys. Finally decided to join the Forum been looking around for a long time though and gotten a good bit of help from some of the threads. I currently own a 2000 extended cab short bed two wheel drive that started it all.... the sickness... you guys know what I mean. LOL. Also an 01 regular cab short bed Silverado and purchased an 03 Yukon XL at the end of last year all with 5.3s. Been a gear head all my life and th 5.3s have just made it worse. LoL. Currently building the 2000 into a turbo drag truck. Heading to pick and pull for a Garrett turbo off an 03 Powerstroke (blasphemous? Naw! Free horsepower! ) Daily driver is the XL since we have twins. All the room is great and having 4wd again is nice just need more power...I'll get it there though as $ comes in. Got it with 162k miles for $2200 and no check engine light which blows people away and put about 3 or 400 more into it but mainly traded for parts till its become something that gets noticed or mentioned everywhere I go. Recently acquired 2 step bumpers and since the ext cab has no rear bumper the reg cab and the Yukon got em. I was surprised when the brackets didnt mount up to the Yukon but it was no problem...just break out the grinder and welder and made it fit. Haven't seen any with them added and some in FB forums and groups have hated on it but most have liked it. Thoughts? Thanks for the add. I'll be checking everything out. I appreciate all the help you guys have been in the past and I hope I can help some of you in the future.20200330_130044.jpg 20200330_130044.jpg 20200330_130044.jpg 20200330_130106.jpg 20200330_130144.jpg 20200330_130213.jpg 20200330_130231.jpg

Welcome from Miami Beach Dave!

Nice Tahoe and definitely worth 2200 bucks IMHO.

Just post any other issues in the 03 section. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

I suggest, only a suggestion, put your vehicles info in your signature. The years, make, models and engine size and trans and any special info you want to share.
I guess I'm going to to have to dig a little deeper and figure out where my "signature" is
