I have a 2015 Tahoe. Every 13 minutes, the radio shuts off - no audio and the screen goes black. After a few seconds, the audio comes back and a few seconds after that the screen is back on. The dealer tried reprogramming the radio and then replaced the radio, but it didn't fix the problem. Is this being caused by a bad ignition switch? Is the door switch the problem? Could it be a bad fuse? Thanks for any input.

sounds more like BCM (body control module) or ground connection type issue.
any other alerts on DIC or other issues?

did you buy it new or used?
any custom work done on your tahoe?

some other GM car forums report somewhat similar symptoms...
their resolutions were one of the following: new positive battery cable, new ground cable, replace steering pump [turns out since its electric now, it effecting quite a few other subcomponents], replaced ignition switch.

im almost surprised they didnt tell you its within GM spec LOL

The dealer mentioned they saw a driver assist alert indicating the motor that vibrates the safety alert seat wasn't getting a clear signal, so they replaced the motor.
