if you do not have a fuel pressure tester then you can loosen or disconnect the fuel filter (under the truck, drivers side frame rail near drivers seat area), turn the key to run and see if spits fuel out or not.

You can also see if you have fuel pressure on top of the engine, passenger side, using the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Cover with a rag because if you have fuel pressure it will spray. If it just dribbles out, that's not enough pressure. These rigs should have 50+ psi with the key on, engine off.

Got it started but it went from 50 fuel pressure to 44 after it idled for awhile

Might be able to reset your ECM by disconnecting the battery. After both cables are disconnected for +2mins touch the cables together to drain any residual electrical from the system. Give it a few minutes and reconnect and the vehicle shoudl start right up. On the dome lights if I had a questionable switch (door switch/light control switch etc) I would probably swing by my local pull a part and ****** up a few parts on the cheap and trade them out to see what I could figure out.
just make sure Every 12volt power source is disconnected when doing that

such as a 2nd battery or capacitors.. other wise you will weld your battery terminals together. and possibly damage your eye sight, maybe even a fire with a side dish of battery acid .. most of the car-puters have revise current
protection diodes but not batteries

Check the ignition and fuel pump relays in the engine compartment. I had issues one time with crank no start and with ignition on, I wiggled relays and I could here them click. Then the engine started.
