Does anyone know where I could snag a new set of heated auto dimming power mirrors for my 99 Yukon? All the ones I see are just heated and power, and I really want to fully restore it! Plus the ones I have wobble like crazy when I’m going down the highway!

not sure if that one will actually fit tho. there seems to be alot of discrepancies in mirrors between 99-02. some list mirrors for 99-02 that all fit some list it as 99 and down. that particular one is listed 2002 yukon but is only listed with one of the 3 yukons of that year. its listed as yukon, yukon 1500, yukon 2500. that particular mirror only shows up for 02 yukon 1500 and is not listed for other years or other yukon variations. ive noticed the same problem while searching other gm parts tho. i was once considering the dynomax exhaust. it would list in the yukon section for the same year and engine but not the tahoe. same exhaust setup and if i looked up the part number elsewhere it would show as fitting.my Tahoe.

They were available on GMC SLT (Chevrolet LT) trim levels with the ZM9 package. Part numbers are 15764747 (left) and 15764748 (right).

There are aftermarket ones on amazon (sorry, can’t figure out how to post the link so here’s a screenshot). GM versions typically don’t shake as much as the aftermarket, so tracking down some of those may be worth a shot.

those ones aren't autodimming @east302
it says light sensitive but if you scroll down it says excludes auto dimming. i didnt think finding them would be very difficult so i started looking myself. manual, power, power and heated are easy to find. auto dimm feature makes it a hard find.

You know, I thought that seemed kind of cheap for an auto-dim. That’s a tricky play on words on their part, then.

A quick google search for the part numbers seems to show them available from GM in the $4-500 range. Maybe check with a dealer? They’d probably work better anyways.

Dealer wants $750 a piece. I just don’t want mine to shake anymore when I’m driving down the road and suggestions as to stop them from vibrating??

is it just the glass that wobbles or does the whole thint vibrate. next up are you the only person that drives it? if you are you could get back to the joint if the glass is vibrating and put some epoxy on it. the glass wont ever be adjustable again but gluing whatever is loose will stop it from vibrating. autoparts store should have those small dentist like mirrors so you can look behind the glass and something bent at the angle you need as the applicator.

The glass (mirror) itself might be loose. I had this happen in one of my other cars...it was an easy fix. Remove the glass, use new adhesive to glue it back on.
