Which is the better front control arm?

Thanks, guys, that's what I was thinking. Are there any torque specs for those bolts, or do I just snug them to the control arm brackets on the frame? (I'm assuming the nuts are lock nuts.)

140 for the uppers, 130 for the lowers. Tighten the front one on the lowers first, then the rear one. I don't know why they spec this, but you can only tighten one at a time, so...

Thanks for the numbers, iamdub. Interesting that we need to tighten the front bolt first on the lower arms.
