maybe jack it up and take the wheels off, then start it up and turn it back and forth to see if you still get the noise, get a helper and maybe you can narrow it down.
i’ll jack it up tomorrow night and do the 12-6 and 9-3 o’clock shake test. Im gonna take Friday off and have the tire shop look at it. They did the front end on it 8 or so months ago

Here’s a video of the noise. It makes the same pitch of sound going over bumps in parking lots as it does when turning the wheel- but only sometimes.

I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary even after watching it twice. I must have the same problem then! How many miles and have you done the ball joints yet?

I received the brake sensor I ordered in response to my intermittent cruise control, similar issue to what @mattjones posted. @Doubeleive then posted about how the switch allows a little movement, so I tried a little kick-tap near the top of the brake pedal arm to re-seat the switch. Sure enough, the little kicks make the cruise control work again. I imagine I will end up installing the new switch later though, since it was cheap enough, and kicking things to make them work isn't a good long-term solution.

Thanks again for everyone's contributions on this forum.

Thank you. Its the stock muffler and tube diameter just removed the worn out cats and the resonator. I know somethings off. Buddy at work says its the power steering pump but will see. I’m going to have the tire/suspension shop look at it Friday.

what happens is the switch can turn a little, so if it turns it then looses contact, if you kicked it then it might have just turned it back to where it should be, if you look under there and grab it you will see the switch doesn't stay very tight it can turn up/down by hand. stupid design it should have a notch to keep it where it should be.

Gotcha, it sounds good.
Hmm, mine makes a similar sound and a clunk haha, that's the ISS though. Need to fix or replace that. That whine though, could it be low on fluid?
Now that I think about it, I need to go check my fluids.
