That's great, quite a number of folks from our church, including our pastor, like to vacation in and around Blairsville. A fellow who pastored a local church retired to Blairsville and was called to pastor a church up there; last I heard he was still preaching. Closest we've gotten so far was to Stone Mountain and over to Kennesaw to visit The General.

Small world! I live about an hour away from Blairsville, but find myself close to there frequently, it is a beautiful place! I have been pastoring at my second church for just a couple of months, but evangelizing in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama for the past 16 years. The Lord has blessed me beyond compare! If you ever get up around Dalton, let me know, and I'll show you some of God's handy work.
